Abstract

S hitro rastočo tehnologijo brezpilotnih plovil, ki omogoča zajem topografskih podatkov iz nižjih višin kot tradicionalna fotogrametrična snemanja, se spreminjajo določeni uveljavljeni koncepti. Načrtovanje fotogrametričnega snemanja je prva faza projekta, ki jo izvajalec sedaj izvede samostojno. Potrebujemo zanesljiv programski paket, s katerim zagotovimo dobro pripravo in varen let. V diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni parametri pri načrtovanju fotogrametričnega snemanja ter uporaba in primerjava programov Mission Planner in DJI GS Pro.

Secondary abstract: The quick development of Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) which enables gaining topographical data from lower altitudes than traditional photogrammetric projects has induced change to some traditional concepts. The first stage of a photogrammetric process is the project planning that can now be done by the practitioner himself. Therefore, reliable software is required to ensure good preparation and a safe flight. The thesis presents the parameters of the planning stage of a photogrammetric process and describes the use and comparison of the programs Mission Planner and DJI GS Pro.
