Abstract

Uvedba brezpapirnega poslovanja predstavlja za podjetja enega izmed pomembnih korakov k temu, da pospešijo izvajanje poslovnih procesov, dosežejo boljši nadzor nad dokumenti in zagotovijo varnejše poslovanje. Podjetja se srečujejo z veliko količino papirnatih dokumentov, ki v njih zasedejo veliko prostora, prav tako pa zaposlenim vzamejo veliko časa, da jih najdejo in jih pravilno shranjujejo. Osnova za prehod na brezpapirno poslovanje so dobre informacijske rešitve s tega področja, ki uporabnikom omogočajo hitro in enostavno delo ter prihranek časa. Pomemben del brezpapirnega poslovanja predstavlja tudi uvedba e-podpisa preko elektronske tablice. Uvedba brezpapirnega poslovanja je tako primerna tako za velika kot tudi manjša podjetja, potrebno je le, da podjetje ugotovi, da se bo s takšno rešitvijo izboljšala učinkovitost izvajanja poslovnih procesov. V magistrskem delu smo se tako posvetili možnosti uvedbe brezpapirnega poslovanja in e-podpisa na primeru servisne delavnice. Poiskali smo dva ponudnika, ki ponujata rešitve s tega področja, in nato primerjali kateri izmed teh dveh ponudnikov je najprimernejši za uvedbo brezpapirnega poslovanja v obravnavani servisni delavnici. Podjetji, ki smo ju izbrali za primerjavo, sta bili Mikrografija d.o.o. in Setcce d.o.o.. Na podlagi zahtev oz. kriterijev, ki smo jih postavili, smo ugotovili, kateri izmed teh dveh ponudnikov je najprimernejši. Ugotovili smo, da obe podjetji ustrezata nominalnim kriterijem in sta povsem izenačeni, tako da je glede izbire najprimernejšega ponudnika vplivalo predvsem naše strokovno mnenje. Na podlagi vseh informacij, ki smo jih dobili, smo ugotovili in predstavili, kako uvedba brezpapirnega poslovanja vpliva na izvajanje poslovnih procesov v servisni delavnici oz. servisnem sprejemu v obravnavanem podjetju.

Secondary title: Impact analysis of paperless business operations to business processes performance
Secondary abstract: The introduction of paperless business in a company is one of the important steps towards business processes optimisation. It improves control over documents and provides a more secure way of conducting business. Companies are faced with large amounts of paper documents, which take up a lot of space in the office, are challenging to find and difficult to properly store. The appropriate information solutions are enabling the transition to paperless business helping users to work quicker and easier as well as to save time. The initiation of paperless business is adequate for large as well as small companies. It is only necessary that the companies realize that this kind of solution will improve the efficiency of business processes. In this Master's Thesis, we examine the possibility of introducing paperless business and e-signature on the example of a service workshop. We compare solutions of two providers with the workshop criteria, deducted in a detailed process analysis. The selected companies for comparison are Mikrografija d.o.o. and Setcce d.o.o.. Based on the workshop criteria, we determine which one of the two providers is be the most suitable. We have can conclude that both companies fully meet the nominal criteria. Therefore, the decisive factor is identified in the level of compliance of their solution to details in the workshop processes. Additionally, the provided research helps us to better understand how the introduction of paperless business influences the business processes in the chosen service workshop.
