Abstract

Z uvajanjem novih izdelkov v proizvodni program podjetja so se v proizvodnji pojavila ozka grla, ki smo jih skušali rešiti z racionalizacijo. Za proizvodni program podjetja je bila izdelana ABC analiza, iz katere je bilo razvidno, da bomo največji učinek racionalizacije dosegli, če naredimo spremembe pri izdelavi vitel. Odločili smo se, da za polizdelke 2x10EH pesto zobnika, 3,5E–5,5EH puša škripca in za 6,5EH–9,5EH puša škripca namesto vhodnega materiala jeklene palice in cevi, naročimo izdelavo odkovkov in s tem pocenimo proizvodnjo, skrajšamo pretočne čase naročil in se izognemo strojem, ki so ozka grla ali pa le skrajšamo čas obdelave na njih.

Secondary abstract: With introductions of new products into the company’s manufacturing program, bottlenecks appeared in the program, which we tried to solve by racionalisation. The ABC analysis was made for the company’s manufacturing program from which it was seen, that the highest effect of racionalisation would be achived, by changing the manufacturing program for forestry winches. We have decided, that for semi-finished products 2x10EH hub of gear, 3,5E-5,5EH bush of pulley and for 6,5EH-9,5EH bush of pulley instead of the input material of the steel rod and tubes, we order manufacturing of forging parts and thus lowering production cost, shorten the flow time of orders and avoid machines, which are bottlenecks or we just shorten the processing time on them.
