Abstract

Magistrska naloga prikazuje rezultate primerjave obrata vgradnih kuhališč v podjetju Gorenje, d.d., s smernicami/načeli Pametnih tovarn in nekaj podanih predlogov za možno izboljšanje, katere smo podali na osnovi študija primerov in obstoječih teoretičnih osnov. V teoretičnem delu so za lažje razumevanje predstavljene značilnosti Industrije 4.0 in Pametnih tovarn. Sledi praktični del, kjer so predstavljeni izbrani obrat, rezultati primerjave in nekaj podanih predlogov vpeljave komponent Pametnih tovarn. Rezultati primerjave kažejo, da ima obrat že nekaj komponent Pametnih tovarn, a za vzpostavitev Pametne tovarne bodo potrebni še večji finančni vložki in nadgradnja obstoječih komponent. Zaključek je, da je Obrat vgradnih kuhališč (OVK) vsekakor na nek določen rok primeren za vzpostavitev Pametne tovarne. A trenutno je tisti ključni košček, ki manjka za vzpostavitev Pametne tovarne je jasno izdelana strategija, ki bo podala kaj točno želijo doseči in jasno izdelana strategija implementacije, ki bo povedala kako bodo to dosegli.

Secondary title: Smart Factory Concept Design in Gorenje Based on the Built-In Cooking Hobs Production
Secondary abstract: The master's thesis presents the results of comparison of the build-in cooking hobs production in the company Gorenje, d.d., with the guidelines or principles of Smart factories and some suggestions for possible improvement, which we have presented based on case studies and existing theoretical bases. In the theoretical part, the characteristics of Industry 4.0 and Smart factories are presented for lighter understanding. The practical part is followed, where the plant, the results of the comparison, and some of the suggested proposals for introducing the components of Smart factories are presented. The results of the comparison indicate that the plant already has some of the components of Smart factories, but for the establishment of one, even more financial investments and the upgrading of existing components will be needed. The conclusion is that the Obrat vgradnih kuhališč plant is suitable for setting up a Smart Factory in a certain period. At the moment, the key missing piece from the establishment of Smart factory is a clearly designed strategy, that will give the exact desire and clear strategy of implementation, which will tell how to achieve this.
