Abstract

Uvod: Teoretični modeli so pomemben del stroke, saj narekujejo in zagotavljajo uspešno zdravstveno nego v klinični praksi. Vključeni so bili članki s popolno tematsko ustreznostjo in dostopnostjo celotnega besedila.

Secondary title: Nursing theory Hildegard Peplau in clinical practice
Secondary abstract: Introduction: Theoretical models are an important part of the profession, because they dictate and ensure successful nursing care in clinical practice. Hildegard Peplau, widely regarded as the mother of psychiatric nursing care, has developed through a theoretical model the interpersonal relationship between a nurse and a patient, who is useful, even desirable in all areas of the nursing process. Purpose: The purpose of the diploma thesis is to present Hildegard Peplau and her interpersonal relation model, and in the future with the help of a literature review, examine the applicability of the application of interpersonal relation model in the process of nursing in clinical practice. Methods: A descriptive method was used with overview of foreign and domestic literature from 2007 to 2017. Included articles were with complete thematic relevance and accessibility of the entire text. The search was carried out with the help of the bibliographic database COBIB.SI. and through foreign Medline, CINAHL, ScienceDirect and PubMed databases. Discussion and conclusion: In nursing we must be aware of the importance of the historical development of the profession, studying older literature and the formation of theoretical models, such as the Hildegard Peplau model, because they led to even better clinical practice. The nurse in the ever-learning process and education through interpersonal relationship with the patient provides health care in the widest range and not only through supervision, information provision and the provision of basic life activities.
