Abstract

Na poslovanje podjetja vpliva več dejavnikov. Tema diplomskega projekta je analiza poslovnega okolja, pri čemer smo kot primer po Porterjevem modelu petih sil analizirali podjetje Gen-i, d. o. o., iz panoge oziroma dejavnosti trgovanje z električno energijo. Podjetje mora poznati svojo panogo in razmere na trgu, na katerem deluje. Pomembno je hitro odzivanje na spremembe in ustvarjanje konkurenčnih prednosti pred konkurenti, saj le tako lahko podjetje uspešno posluje na dolgi rok. Diplomski projekt je sestavljen iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu so opisane teorije s področja analize panoge, analize poslovnega okolja po Porterjevem modelu in SWOT-analiza. V empiričnem delu je na podlagi teorije iz prvega dela izvedena analiza poslovnega okolja za podjetje Gen-i, d. o. o., po petih dejavnikih, ki vplivajo na poslovanje podjetja, nato pa je na podlagi rezultatov analize izdelana SWOT-analiza.

Secondary abstract: Several factors influence the company's operations. The topic of this graduation project is the analysis of the business environment on the case of the company Gen-i, d.o.o. from an electricity trading business according to Porter's 5 forces model. An enterprise needs to know characteristics of its own industry and the conditions on the market in which it operates. It is important to quickly respond to changes and creating competitive advantages over competitors so that the company can operate successfully in the long run. The graduation project consists of a theoretical and the empirical part. The theoretical part describes the theory from the field of analysis of the business environment according to the Porter’s five forces model and the SWOT analysis. The empirical part is based on the theory from the first part. The analysis of the business environment for the company Gen-i, d.o.o. by five factors that influence the company's business and SWOT analysis based on the results.
