Abstract

Spolnost je izredno pomemben vidik človeškega življenja. Slednje velja tudi za islam, ki temu področju namenja veliko pozornosti. Začetni del diplomske naloge je namenjen spoznavanju človeka kot celote. Islamski pogled na spol temelji na harmoniji med moškim in žensko, zato se besedilo v tem delu osredotoča na stvarjenje moškega in ženske, njune religiozne obveznosti in pravice ter na družbeni vidik spola. Začetni del je pravzaprav uvod v glavno temo, in sicer spolnost v islamu. Edini legitimni spolni odnos je po islamskem prepričanju le tisti med zakoncema. Osrednji del je tako v večini posvečen omenjeni tematiki. Iz del različnih avtorjev, ki se opirajo na islamske svete spise, spoznavamo, kakšna so praktična določila, priporočila in smernice za zdrav spolni odnos. Osrednji del se dotika tudi vprašanja prepovedanih spolnih praks, kot so zunajzakonski spolni odnosi, prešuštvo, homoseksualnost in prostitucija, ki so nemalokrat predmet burnih debat. Ob koncu osrednjega dela je predstavljeno, zakaj v islamu prihaja do odklonilnega odnosa, še posebej kar zadeva homoseksualnost in prostitucijo. Zaključni del je posvečen krizi spolnosti v islamu. Izpostavljeno je vprašanje, kateri so tisti dejavniki, ki so islamski svet pripeljali do omenjene krize.

Secondary abstract:	Sexuality is an extremely important aspect of the human life. This also applies to Islam that devotes a lot of attention to this particular field. The first part of the dissertation will focus on getting to know the human as a whole. The Islamic view on sex is based on the harmony between a man and a woman and thus the text in this part focuses on the creation of man and woman, their religious obligations and rights and the social aspect of the two sexes. The first part is actually an introduction of the main theme which is sexuality in Islam. According to the Islamic belief, the only legitimate sexual relationship is the one between spouses. The main part is thus mostly dedicated to the above-mentioned topic. From the works of various authors, based on Islamic holy books, we discover what are the practical provisions, recommendations and guidelines for a healthy sexual relationship. The main part also touches upon the question of forbidden sexual practices such as extramarital intercourse, adultery, homosexuality and prostitution which are often the subject of heated debates. The end of the central part shows us why there is such a negative attitude in Islam, especially regarding homosexuality and prostitution. The final part is dedicated to the crisis of sexuality in Islam. The focus is on the question what are the factors that have brought the Islam world to the aforementioned crisis.
