Abstract

Uvod: Model v družino usmerjene skrbi je standard, ki mu pediatrična stroka pripisuje velik pomen pri obravnavi otrok in njihove družine. Zagotavlja boljšo obravnavo in počutje otrok ter staršev med obravnavo in hitrejše izboljšanje zdravstvenega stanja otrok. Namen: Namen je v teoretičnem delu odgovoriti na vprašanja o prednostih v družino usmerjene skrbi in ugotoviti, katere elemente ta model vsebuje, in nato z empiričnim pristopom raziskati, kako so posamezni elementi po mnenju študentov Zdravstvene fakultete v Ljubljani vključeni na pediatričnih oddelkih. Metode dela: Za prikaz teoretičnih izhodišč smo uporabili pregled literature, objavljene od leta 1993 do leta 2017, v angleškem in slovenskem jeziku. V raziskavo smo vključili mnenje 28 študentov, ki so opravljali klinično usposabljanje na pediatričnih oddelkih v študijskem letu 2016/17. Mnenja smo skrbno pregledali, jih razvrstili po temah in jih analizirali. Rezultati: Mnenja študentov so pokazala, da so sobe prenatrpane in premajhne, da bi bilo sobivanje kakovostno, zasebnost naj bi bila zadovoljiva, za izvajanje temeljnih življenjskih aktivnosti osebje starše spodbuja, starši so aktivno vključeni v vizite, imajo možnost vpogleda v dokumentacijo, obstaja partnerski odnos med zaposlenimi in starši, medicinska sestra je posredovalka informacij, starši imajo možnost odločanja, na splošno oddelki dobro izvajajo pristop v družino usmerjene skrbi. Sklep: Pomembno je upoštevati vplive okolja na izvajanje v družino usmerjene skrbi, vzpostaviti je treba čim boljši partnerski odnos med starši in osebjem. V izvajanje temeljnih življenjskih aktivnosti je treba vključiti starše in bolje vključevati očete. Politika bolnišnice mora biti spodbujajoča za izvajanje v družino usmerjene skrbi. Izvajanje izobraževanj za osebje, ki bo pripomoglo k boljšemu razvijanju komunikacijskih intervencij.

Secondary abstract: Introduction: A family-centred care model is a standard for which the pediatric profession gives an increasing importance to the treatment of children and their families. It provides better treatment and the well-being of children and parents during treatment and faster improvement of the health status of children. Purpose: In a theoretical way, we answer questions about benefits in family-centred care and to determine which elements this model contains. With an empirical approach, however, research into how individual elements are considered in pediatric departments according to the students of the Faculty of Health Sciences in Ljubljana. Methods: In order to show the theoretical starting points, we used a review of the English and Slovenian literature published between 1993 and 2017. In the study we included the opinions of 28 students who performed clinical training in pediatric departments in the academic year 2016/17. We carefully reviewed the articles, classified them into topics and analyzed them. Results: Students' opinions have shown that the rooms are overcrowded and too small for quality coexistence, privacy should be satisfactory, parents encourage staff to carry out basic life activities, parents are actively involved in visas, have access to documentation, there is a partnership relationship between employees and parents , nurse is an information provider, parents have the ability to make decisions, in general the departments have a good implementation of family-centred care approach Conclusion: It is important to take into account the environmental impact of the family centred care implementation, and establish the best partnership between parents and staff. Inclusion of parents in the implementation of basic life activities, better integration of fathers. The hospital should encourage the implementation of the family centred care. Conducting training for staff will help them develop their communication skills.
