Secondary title: | Alternative method of cooling die casting inserts |
Secondary abstract: | With the die casting tool, we always encounter the problem of cooling the tool. Since conventional ways are quite limited, we have constructed a design with an alternative cooling method. We made a numerical analysis and the validity of the boundary conditions was validated based on the measurements of the temperatures on the tool. The analysis of the temperatures on the existing construction was compared with the alternative, and then this model was further optimized. |
