Abstract

Diplomska naloga opisuje preiskave vpliva protikorozijskih zaščitnih premazov na sprijemno trdnost med betonom in armaturo. Pri izvedbi preiskav smo upoštevali zahteve standarda SIST EN 10080:2005. Za preiskave smo pripravili tri različne vrste preizkušancev. Pri vseh je bil beton enak, normalne trdnosti in gladka armaturna palica, premera 20 mm. Preizkušanci se razlikujejo v tem, da je pri prvem armaturna palica brez premaza, pri drugem je premazana z enokomponentim cementnim premazom, ki mu dodamo vodo, pri tretjem preizkušancu pa je armatura premazana s trikomponentnim cementnim premazom, izboljšanim z epoksidno smolo in z dodatkom inhibitorja korozije. Preizkušanci so kocke z robom 20 cm. Armaturna palica leži v središču posameznega preizkušanca. Po 28 dnevnem negovanju preizkušancev v vodi smo opravili izvlečni test, pri katerem smo jekleno armaturo natezno obremenjevali do porušitve preizkušanca. Rezultate preizkusa smo prikazali v grafih in preglednicah. V zaključku smo rezultate preiskav primerjali med seboj in ugotovili, da protikorozijska zaščitna premaza pozitivno vplivata na sprijemnost med betonom in armaturo, saj povečata sprijemno trdnost. Primerjali smo rezultate preiskav z rezultati že izvedenih preiskav na preizkušancih z rebrasto armaturo in ugotovili, da je sprijemna trdnost bistveno večja pri preizkušancih z rebrasto armaturo.

Secondary abstract: The thesis describes a research on how anti corrosion protective coatings influence the bond strength between concrete and steel reinforcing bars. The SIST EN 10080:2005 standard was complied with during the tests. There were three different types of test specimens used during the research. The same type of concrete with standard consistence and a smooth, even surfaced reinforcing bar of 20 mm diameter were used with all the specimens. The first specimen was reinforced with a bar without any coating at all; the reinforcing bar used in the second test subject had been coated with a single-component cement coating with added water, and the bar used in the third specimen had been coated with a three-component cement coating enhanced with epoxy resin and with an addition of corrosion inhibitor. Test specimens were in the form of cubes with 20-centimeter sides. The reinforcing bars were positioned in the centre of individual specimens. After having nurtured the specimens in water for 28 days, the pull-out test was carried out. The reinforcing bars were tensile strained up to the point of destruction. The thesis presents the research results in diagrams and tables. Observations were compared with one another, and the result is that both anti corrosion coatings increase the bond strength between concrete and a bar. Research conclusions, in comparison to previous research in the field, prove that the bond strength between concrete and ribbed reinforcing bars is significantly better.
