Abstract

Namen magistrskega dela sta sinteza in karakterizacija novih koordinacijskih spojin z bakrom. Pri tem so bili kot reagenti uporabljeni bakrov(II) acetat monohidrat in različni tio-ligandi. Sinteze so bile izvedene z mešanjem pri sobni temperaturi, z mešanjem pod refluksom ali solvotermalno, pri povišani temperaturi in tlaku. Pri pripravi raztopin reagentov sta bili najpogosteje uporabljeni topili metanol in N,N-dimetilformamid (DMF). Izvedenih je bilo 36 sintez. Sintezne produkte smo karakterizirali z infrardečo spektroskopijo, rentgensko praškovno difrakcijo in rentgensko strukturno analizo na monokristalu. Uspelo nam je sintetizirati spojino 6-aminopiridin-3-karbonitril, s kemijsko formulo C6H5N3, katere struktura do sedaj še ni bila znana. Spojino smo sintetizirali pri dveh izvedenih sintezah, prvič solvotermalno, kjer je bil kot topilo uporabljen metanol in drugič z mešanjem pod refluksom, kjer sta bili kot topili uporabljeni metanol in DMF.

Secondary title: Synthesis and characterization of coordination compounds with copper using thio-ligands
Secondary abstract: The purpose of this work was the synthesis and characterization of the new copper coordination compounds. Copper(II) acetate monohydrate and different thio-ligands were used as the chemical reagents. Synthesis reactions were performed by stirring at room temperature, by stirring under reflux or solvothermal at high temperature and pressure. We commonly used methanol and N,N-dimethylformamide as solvents. We performed 36 synthesis reactions. The synthesis products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. We succeeded in the synthesis of 6-aminopyridine-3-carbonitrile with chemical formula C6H5N3. The compound's structure has not yet been known. The compound was synthesized twice; first by solvothermal synthesis with methanol as solvent and second by stirring under reflux with methanol and DMF as solvents.
