Abstract

Trgovina z otroki obsega spolno izkoriščanje otrok, ekonomsko izkoriščanje otrok, prisilne poroke otrok, trgovino s človeški organi, tkivi in krvjo ter nezakonite posvojitve. Migrantska kriza obsega največkrat kršenje človekovih pravic na način trgovine z otroki z namenom prisilnega dela in spolnega izkoriščanja z namenom prostitucije.

Secondary abstract: More and more often, human trafficking is dealt with from the perspective of violations of fundamental human rights, and the violation of the dignity of the victims of the trade (Čurin, 2016). According to the European Commission (2016), children represent as much as 15% among the 15 846 registered victims of human trafficking. The value of the smuggling and human trafficking, in Europol-Interpol report, is estimated at 5-6 billion us dollars annually (Unicef, 2016). Refugees and migrants who have crossed the borders during periods of major migrant crossings, were exposed also to trafficking. Approximately 45% of all children refugees under the protection of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, are from Syria and Afghanistan. From those two countries comes as much as 70 per cent of all juvenile asylum-seekers in Europe (Hočevar, 2016). Children trafficking comprises of sexual exploitation of children, economical exploitation of children, forced marriages, trafficking of human organs, tissues and blood and illegal adoptions. Most often, migration crisis involves the violation of human rights in the ways of child trafficking with the intention of forced labor and sexual exploitation for the purpose of prostitution. Methods of committing offence such as human trafficking are different, but there is a noticeable modernization mainly shown as feminization of business and linking traffickers with traders. Victims of trafficking are extremely hard to identify.
