Abstract

Svet je vedno bolj nasičen in s tega vidika se je potrebno vedno bolj zavedati pomena nepozidane narave in posledično rekonstrukcije, kot oblike najbolj trajnostne izrabe prostora. V diplomskem izpitu so na začetku v teoretičnem delu predstavljena osnovna načela kakovostne rekonstrukcije ter njen pomen za samo kulturo in prostor. Predstavljena so tudi osnovna načela trajnosti, ki jih moramo upoštevati pri kakovostni rekonstrukciji in projektiranju energetsko učinkovitih stavb. Kot posledica in odsev današnjih časov je predstavljena tudi problematika netipične gradnje, ki jo je prinesla globalizacija, in odgovornost, ki jo v celotni zgodbi nosimo arhitekti. V praktičnem delu sem predstavil rekonstrukcijo tipičnega objekta iz šestdesetih let, z inovativnim netipičnim pristopom, upoštevali smo tudi načela trajnosti, ki so jih prinesli današnji časi.

Secondary abstract:	The world is increasingly crowded with people and from this perspective it is imperative that we become aware of the importance of the undeveloped nature and, consequently, of the reconstruction as the form, providing the most sustainable type of land use. At the beginning of this diploma thesis the theoretical part firstly presents the basic principles of a qualitative reconstruction along with its relevance for culture and space. Furthermore, it introduces the basic principles of sustainability, which we have to take into consideration when we deal with a quality reconstruction and when we design energy-efficient buildings. As a consequence, it puts forward a problem, which can be seen as a reflection and consequence of the present times, that is the problem of atypical construction, caused by the globalization and discusses the responsibility that the architects have in the matter. The practical part presents the reconstruction of a typical facility from the 60's by means of an innovative atypical approach, which also included taking into consideration the principles of sustainability, which appeared the present times.
