diplomska naloga visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa I. stopnje strojništvo
Abstract
Diplomsko delo prikazuje izdelavo tehnične dokumentacije merilnika svetlobe, katera bo uporabljena za serijsko proizvodnjo pri zunanjih proizvajalcih. Z merilnikom, ki se povezuje z zunanjimi napravami, merimo jakost ambientalne svetlobe, bliske svetlobe in barvno temperaturo. V uvodnem delu so predstavljeni sestavni kosi in kratko delovanje naprave. V osrednjem delu so prikazani postopki izdelave tehnične dokumentacije na podlagi mednarodnih standardov tehnične dokumentacije in pravil tehničnega risanja. Diplomsko delo se osredotoča na predpisovanje dimenzijskih in geometrijskih toleranc sestavnih kosov, ki so ključni za sestavljivost sestavnih kosov, natančne meritve parametrov svetlobe in videz tehnološke dovršenosti merilnika svetlobe. V zaključnem delu so predstavljene najpomembnejše ugotovitve in predlogi za nadaljnje delo.

Secondary abstract: |
The thesis presents the production of the technical documentation of a light meter, which will be used for serial production by outsourced manufacturers. The light meter, which connects to external devices, measures the intensity of ambient light, flash strobes light and color temperature. The introductory part presents the components and the short working principles. The central part shows the procedures for the production of technical documentation based on international standards of technical documentation and technical drawing rules. The thesis focuses on prescribing dimensional and geometric tolerances of assembly pieces, which are crucial for the assembly of the components, precise measurements of the light parameters and the appearance of the technological perfection. In the conclusion of the thesis, the most important findings and proposals for further work are presented. |
