Abstract

Secondary title: Development of a sequential hydraulic valve
Secondary abstract: Sequential hydraulic valves are used for parallel or sequential control of hydraulic components. Based on the given input parameters, we dimensioned two prototype valves and drew their 3D-models using the Solidworks program. After that, the prototype valves were constructed. We carried out the measurements of valve pressure drops on the constructed prototypes and determined the appropriate spring pre-stressing that allowed the valve to provide parallel control of hydraulic cylinders. We compared all the concepts and valve prototypes and, based on the measurements and calculations obtained, proposed solutions for product optimization.
