Abstract
Vsako podjetje se mora zavedati vrednosti svojega človeškega kapitala. Oddelek za HRM ima ključno vlogo pri upravljanju odnosov z zaposlenimi. Dejavnosti HRM se nekoliko razlikujejo od podjetja do podjetja. Z vidika lastnikov je namen HRM oddelka povečati produktivnost organizacije z optimizacijo učinkovitosti zaposlenih. HRM oddelek je dolžan ravnati v skladu z zakonom, vendar je njegovo glavno poslanstvo, da spodbuja osebni razvoj zaposlenih. Namen te teze je preveriti, do katere mere ustreza programska oprema zahtevam izbranega podjetja.
Najprej analiziramo literaturo, povezano s HRM, nato pa analiziramo procese, ki jih izvaja oddelek HRM v izbranem podjetju. Nato nadaljujemo z analizo funkcionalnosti programske opreme iCenter. Osredotočamo se na dva modula, ki jih vsak dan uporablja HRM oddelek izbranega podjetja. Na koncu v sklopu primerjalne izdelamo tabelo, v kateri smo pregledali, kateri procesi, ki jih izvaja HRM, so pokriti s strani iCentra. Ugotovili smo, da programska oprema pokriva večino ključnih procesov. Zato predlagamo, da je programska oprema lahko primerna za izbrano podjetje.

Every company should be aware of the value of their human assets. The HRM department plays a key role in managing the relations with the employees. HRM activities slightly vary from company to company. From the perspective of the owners, the purpose of the HRM department is to increase the productivity of the organization by optimizing the employee efficiency. The HRM department is obliged to act in accordance with the law, but its true commitment is to promote personal development of employees. The aim of this thesis is to verify to which account the needs of the HRM department are being met by the software services in a selected company.
First, we survey the HRM related literature, then we analyse the processes carried out by the HRM department in the selected company. We then continue by analysing the iCenter software functionality. We focus on two modules that are used every day by HRM department of the selected company. Finally, as part of the benchmarking, we create a table in which we reviewed which HRM related processes are covered by the iCenter. The findings are that most key processes are covered by the software. Therefore, we suggest that the software may be well suited for chosen company. |
