Abstract

Vodenje je proces vplivanja, spodbujanja in usmerjanja ljudi k doseganju želenih ciljev. Uspešnost vodenja je odvisna od vodje in njegovih značilnosti. K uspešnosti pripomore ustrezno izbrani stil vodenja, ki ga vodja uporablja. Izbira lahko med različnimi stili vodenja. Prav tako je uspešnost vodenja odvisna od osebnih značilnosti vodij. Pri tem so najbolj temeljne značilnosti vrsta moči, ki jo vodja uporablja, kako uspešno zna motivirati druge, način komuniciranja, ki ga uporablja, ter ustrezno komuniciranje v kriznih situacijah. Med najpomembnejše pa v zadnjem času štejemo tudi stopnjo razvitosti čustvene inteligence in osebnostne navade. Z raziskovanjem čustvene inteligence bomo v diplomskem projektu lahko opredelili, kako le-ta vpliva na določen stil vodenja. Izpostavili bomo tudi, kako lahko neobvladovanje čustev negativno vpliva na delovanje in poslovanje organizacije. V nalogi pa se bomo ukvarjali tudi z vprašanjem, ali je sposobnost vodenja prirojena ali priučena. Prav tako bomo podali tudi nekaj predlogov za prakso, predvsem, kako je situacija odvisna od izbire ustreznega pristopa k uspešnemu vodenju. Branje diplomskega projekta priporočamo tistim, ki želijo v svojo organizacijo implementirati novo miselnost, izboljšati delovno vzdušje in povečati produktivnost.

Secondary abstract: Leadership is the process of influencing, encouraging and directing people to achieve the desired goals. The effectiveness of leadership depends on the leader and his characteristics. The model and style of leadership used by the leader contribute to the success. The leader can choose between very different models in styles. Also, performance depends on the personal characteristics of the leader. The most basic characteristics are the types of power the leader uses, how he can successfully motivate others, style of communication that he uses and the proper use of communication in crisis situations. Among the most important, we consider the level of development of emotional intelligence in personality habits. We will also talk about the question whether the ability to lead is inborn or trained. We will also make some suggestions for practical use of leadership styles, especially we will discuss how the situation depends on choosing the right approach to successful leadership. Reading this is recommended for those who want to implant a new mentality in their organization and improve the working environment and increase productivity.
