Abstract
Dobra socialna klima ima pozitivne učinke na delovanje organizacije; ugodno vpliva na delovno vnemo zaposlenih, njihovo motivacijo, medsebojno povezanost, hkrati pa se organizacija razvija, dosega boljše delovne rezultate in postaja konkurenčna drugim organizacijam na trgu. Za vzpostavljanje in vzdrževanje dobre socialne klime pa jo je treba meriti, kajti na podlagi ocenjevanja različnih dimenzij se lahko ugotovijo morebitne slabosti organizacije in se odpravijo. Socialna klima predstavlja še posebej pomemben aspekt za presojanje uspešnosti delovanja zavodov za prestajanje kazni, saj je zaradi drugačne strukture oseb, drugačnih pogojev bivanja itd. težje vzpostaviti dobro socialno klimo. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljeni temeljni elementi, ki tvorijo socialno klimo, kot so na primer komunikacija med deležniki, medosebni odnosi, počutje v organizaciji, zadovoljstvo. Poleg tega je predstavljen zaporski sistem v Sloveniji in narejena primerjava dognanj različnih raziskav o socialni klimi v zavodih za prestajanje kazni pri nas in na tujem. S pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika pa je bila v empiričnem delu izvedena raziskava, katere glavni cilj je bil ugotoviti stanje socialne klime v Zavodu za prestajanje mladoletniškega zapora in kazni zapora Celje. Spoznanja kažejo, da se v imenovanem zavodu tako zaposleni kot obsojene osebe počutijo varno, čeprav se pojavljajo izgredi. Zaposleni so najbolj zadovoljni s stalnostjo zaposlitve, najmanj pa s plačo, medtem ko so obsojene osebe najbolj zadovoljne tako s hrano kot tudi z delom, najmanj pa s številom obsojenih oseb v sobi, velikostjo sobe in pravosodnimi policisti. Prav tako se je izkazalo, da se večina zaposlenih bolje razume s svojimi sodelavci in obsojenimi osebami kot obsojene osebe z drugimi obsojenimi osebami. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da je socialna klima v Zavodu za prestajanje mladoletniškega zapora in kazni zapora Celje dokaj dobra, s posameznimi pomanjkljivostmi, ki pa so rešljive.

The analysis of social climate in the Celje prison |

Good social climate has positive effects on the functioning of the organization; it has a beneficial impact on the employees' zeal, their motivation, connection, while at the same time the organization is evolving, achieving better working results and becoming competitive with other organizations on the market. For establishing and maintaining a good social climate, it is necessary to measure the social climate. Based on the evaluation of various dimensions, possible weaknesses of the organization can be identified and eliminated. Social climate is an especially important aspect for the estimation of the functioning performance of prisons, because of its different persons structure, different accommodations etc., it is harder to maintain good social climate. Within the teoretical part the main elements, which form the social climate, are presented, as e.g. communication amongst participles, interpersonal relations, well-being in the institution, contentment. In addition, the prison system in Slovenia is presented and the concluded comparison of the different research findings about the social climate from our country and abroad. In the empirical part, a research was conducted on the social climate in the Celje prison, with the use of a survey questionnaire. Findings indicate that employees and convicted persons feel safe in the institution, although riots do occur. Employees are the most satisfied with the job permanence and the least with salary, while convicted persons are the most satisfied with food and work, but least with the number of convicted persons in the room, size of the room and the guards. It has also been shown that the majority of employees get allong better with the coworkers and convicted persons than convicted persons with other convicted persons. The research results show that social climate in the Celje prison is rather good, with some of its individual, but solvable, shortcomings. |
