Abstract

Navadno najprej merimo hrup, in s pravilno analizo preidemo do vibracije površin, saj sta zvočni tlak in hitrost vibracij linearno povezani veličini. Pri obravnavani črpalki smo hoteli ugotoviti, zakaj nekatere izmed črpalk delujejo slabše. Primerjali smo merjeni hrup in vibracije črpalk z nedeformiranimi črpalnimi rotorji in z različno intenzivno deformiranimi črpalnimi rotorji.

Secondary title: Analysis of working of axial gear pump on the basis of sound and vibrations
Secondary abstract: In the final assignment, we deal with the operation of the axial gear pump on the basis of sound and vibrations which occur during the operation. Sound and vibrations are interconnected through the acoustic volume flow which is created by moving the radiating surface. Thus, we can come to the second size by measuring the first one through the analysis. Usually, we first measure the noise. We pass over to the vibrations of the surfaces by the appropriate analysis, for the sound pressure and the velocity of vibrations are linearly connected sizes. In the case of the studied pump, we wished to ascertain why some of the pumps operated worse. We compared the measured noise and vibrations of the pumps by undeformed pumping rotors and by differently intensive deformed pumping rotors. It turned out that minimal deformation of the rotor disturbs the entire turn of the pumping rotor. Therefore, the rotor operates very unstable and the leaking increases. It can be seen in measurements that pumps with the undeformed rotors operate pretty differently and perform different velocities of the vibrations of surfaces. The angle of the abutment of the pumping rotor to the pumping stator, which turns out to be essential in the process of operation, is also dealt with.
