Abstract

Blato iz komunalnih čistilnih naprav nastaja pri čiščenju odpadnih voda kot odpadek. Nastanka blata kot odpadka pa ni možno več preprečevati, saj se zaradi sprememb zakonodaje gradi vse več čistilnih naprav. Najbolj zaželen način odstranjevanja blata je sežig. Zanj mora biti blato dovolj suho, kar pa lahko omogočimo s sušenjem. V diplomski nalogi smo ugotavljali, kako na hitrost sušenja vpliva oblika in količina vzorca ter temperatura sušilnega plina. Hitrost sušenja v posodi je najprej konstantna, nato rahlo pade, pri sušenju na urnem steklu pa je ravno obratno. Pri nižji temperaturi opazimo, da delci bolj razpadejo kot pri višji. Masa vzorca ni imela večjega vpliva na hitrost sušenja, opazna je samo razlika v doseženi vlažnosti.

Secondary title: Drying of sludge from Rogaška Slatina water treatment plant
Secondary abstract: Sludge from municipal waste water treatment plants is generated by waste water treatment as waste. The creation of this can no longer be prevented, since the legislation is changing so that more and more water treatment plants are produced. The most desirable method for removing sludge is burning. For this reason, the mud must be sufficiently dry, which can be achieved by drying. In the diploma thesis, we have determined how the shape and quantity of the sample and the temperature of the drying gas influence the drying rate. The drying speed in the container is first constant then falls slightly, the drying on the glass is exactly the opposite. At lower temperature, it is noticeable that particles degrade more than at higher temperatures. The mass of the sample did not have a significant effect on the drying rate, only the difference in the humidity achieved was noticeable.
