Abstract

V nalogi smo predstavili obnovo električnega ter mehanskega dela trifaznega asinhronskega elektromotorja. Osredotočili smo se na električni del elektromotorja. V prvem delu smo predstavili razloge za uničenje navitja. Motor smo mehansko razstavili ter celoten postopek opisali. V nadaljevanju smo izvedli previjanje statorja. Prikazali smo, kako odstraniti obstoječe navitje in kako na podlagi obstoječega statorskega paketa izračunati parametre za novo navitje. Novo navitje smo izdelali, ga mehansko zaščitili ter motor po korakih sestavili. V zadnjem delu smo motor preizkusili in premerili. Celoten projekt smo predstavili na spletni strani www.instructables.com.

Secondary title: Renewal and rewinding of three phase induction motor
Secondary abstract: The thesis deals with the restoration of the electrical and mechanical part of the three-phase induction motor. The focus was put on the electric part of the motor. The first part of the thesis examines the reasons for the destruction of the winding. The motor was mechanically disassembled and the whole process was described. In the next phase the stator rewinding was performed. It is shown how to remove the existing windings and how to calculate parameters for a new winding based on the existing stator package. A new, mechanically protected winding was built, and the motor was reassembled step by step. In the final part of the thesis the motor was tested and measured. The entire project is presented at www.instructables.com.
