Abstract

Secondary title: Experimental analysis of doubly-fed induction generator
Secondary abstract: In this work numerical and experimental analysis of a doubly fed induction generator typically used in wind power plants is presented. Firstly, established methods of power controll are presented, which differ in the choice of the coordinate system in wich the machine is analysed. Next, a model of the doubly-fed induction machine that is oriented to the stator magnetic flux linkage reference frame is derived. Such a model is used for the consequent presented analysis in this work. Furthermore, the process of determinig the parameters of current controllers and controlles of active and reactive power is also presented. The problem of determining the correct orientation of the stator magnetic linkage as well as other problems that arise in the implementation process of the control of a doubly-fed induction generator in practice are presented. Lastly, the results of performed simulation and experimental analysis of the control of the rotor curents and active and reactive power are presented.
