Abstract

V diplomskem delu je prikazana posodobitev skladiščnega procesa v podjetju ADK d. o. o. V uvodu so opisane teoretične osnove o skladiščnem poslovanju, osnove o sledljivosti in črtnih kodah. Na osnovi teorije je v nadaljevanju diplomskega dela narejena analiza trenutnega skladiščnega procesa. Delo v skladišču temelji na uporabi papirne dokumentacije, zaloge se ročno vnašajo v računalniški sistem. Pri tem obstaja velika možnost človeških napak, iskanje materiala je zamudno, težave nastajajo pri sledljivosti, identifikaciji in stanju zalog v podjetju. Posodobitev procesa mora uporabiti obstoječe vire v podjetju. Cilj diplomske naloge je prikazati možne izboljšave skladiščnega procesa v skladišču cevnih elementov. Na podlagi izvedene analize je predlagana skladiščna posodobitev, ki temelji na uvedbi tehnologije črtne kode. Predvideva se, da bi posodobitev prinesla časovni prihranek, manjše stroške in manjšo možnost napak pri vnosu v sistem.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis presents the update of the warehousing process at ADK d. o. o. The introduction describes the theoretical basics of storage operations, the basics of traceability and bar codes. On the basis of theory, in the continuation of the diploma, the analysis of the current storage process is made. Currently, the work in the warehouse is based on the use of paper documentation and the inventory is entered into the computer system manually. There is a great chance of human error at current work process, the search for material is time consuming, there are problems in the traceability, identification and stock of the company. The process update needs to exploit existing resources within the company. The goal of the diploma thesis is to improve the process in the storage of pipe elements. Based on the analysis carried out, a storage update is based on the introduction of a bar code technology. It is believed, that the update would save time, reduce costs and reduce the possibility of errors in system entry.
