Secondary abstract: | The diploma work includes planning the system of control with machine vision. We were searching for irregularities on certain sintered products. With the use of different cameras and lighting we developed two systems using Omron and National Instruments software. The damaged parts have been successfully recognised. The results of testing have been analysed and an opinion has been made about which system is better for industrial use. National Instruments software proved to be better – all the pictures we dealt with were inspected correctly. |
