Secondary abstract:	Master's thesis presents guidelines that may reasonably be considered in the introduction of SAP in companies abroad. The concept of reform of business processes in foreign and domestic literature is often used and described but in practice rarely carried out. How we started the renovation in practice was demonstrated in our case. To do quick change it means being able to respond on the market quickly with use of short product development processes without losing control of cost, labor, quality, and being able to manage people and operations effective and efficient. So to make this possible, we wanted to make our IT simple, rationalized and standardized system. Based on a coherent, strategic approach, the aim was to build a technology based on the SAP software platform with a supporting infrastructure level that would reduce costs, improve service and manage our business risks. In practical work, we present the introduction of SAP in Russia, emphasis was placed on the introduction of third party sales, and describe how we implement the transition. With our concept we can make possibe to solve our bussines problems in our companys obroad in a way to increase competitiveness and developing capacity and survival in a competitive world.
