Business processes of Technical support service in General hospital of Novo mesto are analysed in this research. With analysis of current state we identify causes of the problems that arise in the process and renovated them on the basis of the proposals.
We presented the theoretical basis of the areas and criteria that relate to the renovation, meaning of modeling and cause of business process simulation.
In the research part, we described the existing and renovated state of the process, for the graphical representation of both processes we used iGrafx software tool.
With simulation we confirmed the hypothesis, that a renovated process increases efficiency, reduce the burden, but most of all, it firmly shortens the duration of some activities. |
