Secondary abstract: | In the period in which we live, organizations compete in the information technology industry and other industries at its peak. As the only constant in the market are emerging fast and unpredictable changes in business conditions and increased competition and market saturation. Companies within the public administration that is currently (still) do not follow, but we doubt very much, that his business in the very near future will not be turned into a modern and time appropriate. Legal obstacles that would hinder such a business, for some time no longer exists, so every excuse in this matter is likely unfounded. |
