Secondary abstract: In the first part of the study we examined the two most often implemented ERP systems and their referential methodologies for implementation, ERP SAP and the methodology ASAP and the Microsoft Dynamics NAV and SURE STEP methodology. In the second part of the study we examined the critical risk factors that appear in the implementation of ERP systems. With multi-attribute comparative analysis using DEXi and VREDANA and SWOT analysis, we analyzed the referential methodologies ASAP and SURE STEP and got to the conclusion that both methodologies have excellent ability to control critical risk factors. Both were given a final evaluation nine out of ten possible points meaning that both methodologies have minor deviations which does not affect the utility of the methodologies therefore we recommend using both.
