Abstract

Skrb za nego telesa in lepoto iz dneva v dan pridobiva na pomenu in podjetja so opazila velik potencial pri odjemalcih, predvsem ženskega spola, ki so zanje pripravljene plačati velike količine denarja. Predvsem priljubljeni storitvi izmed širokega nabora, s katerimi ženske rade poskrbijo za svoj izgled, sta ličenje in geliranje nohtov, katere bomo natančneje obravnavali v nadaljevanju diplomskega projetka. Problem nastane, saj vedno več podjetij »izkorišča« to že skoraj obsesivno potrebo žensk po »popolnem« videzu in je trg prenasičen s ponudniki storitev za nego telesa. Da bi se podjetje lahko razlikovalo od množice ponudnikov istih storitev, se mora znati kvalitetno in spretno oglaševat. Glede na to, da v današnjem času skorajda več ni osebe, ki ne bi bila uporabnik vsaj enega družbenega omrežja, smo se osredotočili na oglaševanje na družbenih omrežjih. In sicer bomo v nadaljevanju pozornost posvečali oglaševanju na Facebook-u in Instagram-u. Pri samem oglaševanju na družbenih omrežjih pa mora biti podjetje posebej pozorno na številne smernice in pravila s strani Facebook-a in Instagram-a, ter te tudi upoštevati, saj lahko pride v nasprotnem primeru do sankcij. Cilj diplomskega projekta je bil s pomočjo strokovne literature natančno preučiti izbrani storitvi za nego telesa in sicer ličenje in geliranje nohtov ter oglaševanje na izbranih družbenih omrežjih, to pa sta Facebook in Instagram. Na podlagi pridobljenega teoretičnega znanja smo oblikovali anketo, katero smo uporabili v raziskovalnem delu našega diplomskega projekta. Osrednji cilj je bil na podlagi vseh ugotovitev oblikovati optimalno metodo oz. »receptem«, ki bo podjetjem, ki se ukvarjajo s preučevanimi storitvami za nego telesa, kvalitetno oglaševati na izbranh družbenih omrežjih, ter se tako razlikovati od množice in dosegati odlične prodajte rezultate. V teoretičnem in raziskovalnem delu smo prišli do podatkov, ki so nam pomagali doseči osrednji cilj diplomskega projekta. In sicer podjetje bo optimalno oglaševalo, če se bo posluževalo raje Instagram-a kot Facebook-a, ljudi oz. ženske najbolj pritegnejo fotografije, šele nato video posnetki, pisni zapisi (na Facebook-u) in Story (na Instagram-u), pisni zapisi na fotografijah in video posnetkih še dodatno pritegnejo pozornost žensk, rade imajo podjetja, ki vsakodnevno objavljajo vsebine na družbena omrežja, všeč so jim urejeni, unikatni, zgovorni in veseli izvajalci storitev in ni jim tako zelo pomembno, da je izvajalec ves čas urejen v skladu s tem, kar ponuja (dokler je storitev kvalitetno izvedena), vendar podjetju vseeno priporočamo, da je, saj nikoli ne vemo, na kakšno stranko bomo naleteli.

Secondary abstract: Body and beauty care is gaining importance every day. Companies have seen great potential for costumers, especially in females, who are willing to pay a lot of money. Particularly popular services are makeup and gel nails, which will be discussed in more detail in the continuation of the thesis. The problem arises when companies "exploit" this almost obsessive need for women for a "perfect" look and the market is overfilled with providers of body care service. In order for a company to be different from a multitude of providers of the same services, it must be skillfully advertised. Since there is virtually no person in today's world who is not a user of at least one social network, we focused on social network advertising, especially on Facebook and Instagram. In advertising on social network, the company must pay particular attention to a number of guidelines and policies by Facebook and Instagram; otherwise, the companies can be sanctioned. The aim of the thesis was to carefully examine the two body care services; makeup and gel nails and their advertising on selected social networks Facebook and Instagram. With the acquired theoretical knowledge, we created a survey, which we used in the research part of our graduation project. Based on all the findings, the main goal was to formulate an optimal method that will help body care companies to use more effective ways of promoting regarding social media and achieve excellent sales results. The research showed that the most optimal advertisement for the company will be better achived on Instagram rather than on Facebook. The study showed that women are more attracted to photos and only then to video footage. Written records in photos and videos are still attracting the attention of women. Women like companies that publish content on social networks on a daily basis. They like edited, unique, eloquent and cheerful service providers and it is not so important to them that the contractor is always organized according to what he offers, as long as the service is done well.
