Secondary abstract:	An organization cannot exist without its business processes. A business process is a set of activities performed by employees with the aim of producing a product or service to the customer or market. In order to survive in an increasingly competitive environment, organizations are required to find ways to maximize efficiency, reduce the cost and execution time of its business processes. They want to improve them. Managers opt for a complete overhaul of operations, continuous improvement or to automate certain processes. Independent of their choice, they undertake business process modelling in order to describe business processes, analyze them and, if necessary, introduce improvements to them. There are several different modelling techniques and tools used to carry out the modelling. The main objective of the thesis is to present a model of the main business process of Iskra Sistemi, BU Capacitors, which is making a capacitor. I will present it by using the tables of processes, activities and properties and graphically by using process flowcharts.
