Secondary abstract:	Globalization and rapid growth have brought many changes. In order to survive in the business world is, therefore, important to be flexible and react quickly to sudden changes. Successful companies spend a lot of time to know all about their business processes and continually try to adjust them to the position dictated by the marketplace. Business process management is one of the new theory and methodology, which advocates a gradual and continuous improvement of business processes. Knowing the business process management in such various conditions as we know them today is the key to surviving in today's business.
