Poslovna etika pri nogometnih prestopih

Abstract

Etika in šport gresta z roko v roki. Marsikdo se ne zaveda, da je za obstoj športa potrebna etika, ki določa pravila samega športa in pravila fair playa. To velja tudi za najbolj razširjeno igro na svetu, nogomet. Pri nogometnih prestopih pa se lahko pojavi problem, saj je glavni igralec »denar«. O nogometnem prestopu lahko začnemo govoriti ob podpisu pogodbe med igralcem (in njegovim posrednikom, če ga ta ima) in klubom. Informacije v pogodbi so poslovna skrivnost, na katero UEFA do zdaj »še« nima vpliva. Vendar eno izmed določil še posebej izstopa – odškodnine. Za ohranjanje etičnega odnosa med omenjeno trojico je treba upoštevati etiko udeležencev nogometnih prestopov. To sodelovanje je edino sredstvo, s katerim lahko vplivamo na etičnost transferov. UEFA tudi v prihodnje ne bo smela omejevati odnosa, le pri višini odškodnin individualnih pogodb bo moralo priti do sprememb, saj se te iz leta v leto povečujejo in lahko se vprašamo, kdaj se bo to končalo.

Secondary abstract:	Ethics and sport go hand in hand. Many people are not aware that, in order to exist, sport requires ethics, which define the rules of the sport itself and fair play rules. This also applies to the most popular game in the world, football. However, in football transfers may be a problem, because money plays the main role. We can start talking about football transfer when the player (and his agent if he has one) and the club sign the contract. The information in the contract is a business secret which UEFA has no influence on yet. The main problem in football transfers are compensations. If the three matters mentioned above want to maintain ethical relationship, they need to consider the ethics of the participants in football transfers. Cooperation is the only way to influence the ethics of transfers. UEFA will not be allowed to limit the relationship in the future. However, some changes will have to be made as regards the amount of a compensation for individual contracts since they are constantly increasing every year and we can only wonder when this will come to an end.
