Abstract

Magistrsko delo (Kaj o zdravem načinu življenja vedo in kako zdravo živijo učenci Osnovne šole dr. Franja Žgeča Dornava) sestavljata dve zaključeni celoti - teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljen zdrav način življenja (prehrana, higiena, gibanje ...), projekta Zdrava šola in Zdrav življenjski slog ter Dornava (kjer je na Osnovni šoli dr. Franja Žgeča Dornava potekala empirična raziskava). V empiričnem delu je predstavljena empirična raziskava, ki je narejena na vzorcu 229 učencev Osnovne šole dr. Franja Žgeča Dornava (v raziskavo so zajeti vsi na dan izvajanja raziskave v šoli prisotni učenci). V raziskavi je ugotovljeno, da je znanje anketiranih otrok o zdravem načinu življenja relativno visoko, je pa iz odgovorov otrok moč razbrati, da imajo višje faktografsko znanje, kot pa znanje povezano z vsakodnevnimi dejavnostmi (npr. pravilno umivanje rok). Znanje otrok o zdravem načinu življenja je glede na spol približno enako, glede na razred pa po pričakovanjih nekoliko manj znanja izkazujejo učenci prvega triletja. Anketirani učenci drugega triletja izkazujejo pravilnejše ravnanje o zdravem načinu življenja. Obstaja pa relativno majhna razlika v pravilnem ravnanju otrok o zdravem načinu življenja glede na spol.

Secondary abstract: Master thesis (title: What do the pupils of Primary school Franja Žgeča Dornava know about healthy lifestyles and how healthy are their lifestyles) consists of two parts - theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, a healthy lifestyle (diet, hygiene, workout, etc.), Project Healthy school and healthy lifestyle, and Dornava are described (empirical research was conducted on Primary School Dornava). In the empirical part, the empirical research is presented; there were 229 participants in the research; the participants were pupils of Primary School dr. Franja Žgeča Dornava (i. e. all the pupils that were in school at the day of the research). The findings show that the knowledge of participants about healthy lifestyle is relatively high; the answers show that the factually knowledge is higher than the knowledge about daily activities (for example: hand washing). Based on the gender, the knowledge about healthy lifestyle is the same; based on the year of school, somewhat less knowledge is shown by the pupils of the first triad. Second triad participants have more correct healthy lifestyle behaviour. Moreover, based on the gender, there are no significant differences in correct healthy lifestyle behaviour.
