Abstract

V proizvodnem procesu ima kontrola izdelkov pomembno vlogo. S sprotno kontrolo se hitro zaznajo morebitne napake na izdelku, s čimer lahko preprečimo veliko količino izmeta. V diplomski nalogi je obravnavano področje tipalnih in optičnih trikoordinatnih meritev. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljene osnove meroslovja, trikoordinatna merilna tehnika in merilne naprave. V empiričnem delu diplomske naloge predstavimo izdelek, merjene veličine, izvedbo meritev in rezultate. Prve meritve smo izvedli na trikoordinatni merilni napravi s pomočjo mehanskega tipala. Nato smo meritve izvedli na kombinirani merilni napravi, kjer smo merili z optičnim senzorjem in tipalom. Sledi opis meritev na prenosnem laserskem 3D skenerju. Zaključimo s primerjavo merilnih rezultatov in izbiro najprimernejše metode za sprotno kontrolo izdelkov v proizvodnem procesu podjetja.

Secondary title: Comparison of methods for measuring the front housing of a flushing valve
Secondary abstract: Product control has an important role in a production process. With the on-line control, any errors on the product are detected quickly, so that a large amount of scrap can be prevented. The thesis deals with the field of mechanical and optical measurements on coordinate measuring machines. The theoretical part presents the basics of metrology, as well as three coordinate measuring techniques and measuring devices. In the empirical part of the thesis, we present the product, the measurands, the measurements and the results. The first measurements were performed on a three coordinate measuring machine using a mechanical probe. Then the measurements were made on a combined measuring machine using an optical sensor and a mechanical probe. In addition, measurements on a portable 3D laser scanner are presented. Thesis is concluded by comparing the measurement results and selecting the most appropriate method for the on-line control of products in the production process of the company.
