Razvoj protokola - izbrani dogodki v času slovenske diplomacije in odziv slovenske javnosti

Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava izbrane dogodke v času slovenske diplomacije in odziv slovenske javnosti nanje v povezavi z glavnim dejavnikom,protokolom. Skozi kronološki pregled zgodovine protokola, predstavitev začetkov in nadgradenj slovenske protokolarne prakse, smo prikazali, da je za izboljšanje in vzdrževanje diplomatskih odnosov pomembna vzpostavitev ter razvoj protokolarne službe, ki z organizacijo protokolarnih dogodkov na najvišji državni ravni, vpliva na ugled in spoštovanje države v mednarodni skupnosti. Proučili smo odziv slovenske javnosti na protokolarne dogodke ta je bila prav tako mnenja, da so ti protokolarni dogodki povečali prepoznavnost male Slovenije v svetu. Protokolarne dogodke smo med seboj primerjali, analizirali in ugotovili, da je organizacijski model diplomatskega protokola, ki ga imamo v Republiki Sloveniji,usmerjen v doseganje celovite družbene koristi. Magistrsko delo na eni strani predstavlja uraden protokol in na drugi strani mnenje javnosti, oboje združeno v vsebinsko povezano celoto. Prikazali smo teoretično gledišče skozi praktično dopolnilo.

Secondary abstract:	The master's thesis deals with the selected events in the time of Slovenian diplomacy and the response of the Slovenianpublic to them in connection with the protocol as the main actor. Through a chronological overview of the history of the protocol, the presentation of the beginnings and upgrade of the Slovenian protocol practice, we have demonstrated that the establishment and development of the protocol service is important for the improvement and maintenance of diplomatic relations, and with the organization of protocol events at the highest state level it has influence on the reputation and respect for the country in the international community. We studied the response of the Slovenian public to protocol events and it was its opinion also that these protocol events have increased the recognisability of small Slovenia in the world. We compared protocol events with each other, we analysed them and determined that the organizational model of diplomatic protocol that we have in the Republic of Slovenia is oriented to achieve comprehensive social benefits. The master's thesis presents a formal protocol on the one hand and public opinion on the other hand, both united in a content-related whole. We have presented a formal theoretical view through a practical addition.
