Obvladovanje tveganj v informacijski in komunikacijski dejavnosti

Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo definirali in opisali finančna in ostala tveganja ter obvladovanje teh. Opisali smo kratek pregled stanja mobilnih operaterjev na slovenskem in avstrijskem trgu ter opisali Telekom Slovenije in A1 Telekom Austria. Natančno smo opredelili tako tveganja izbranih družb kot obvladovanje teh tveganj in za obe podjetji opisali evolucijo procesa upravljanja s tveganji. Na koncu smo omenjeni proces med obema družbama primerjali ter navedli in opisali izzive družb in informacijske in komunikacijske dejavnosti. Naš cilj je bil ugotoviti ali imata izbrani družbi vpeljan celovit sistem upravljanja s tveganji in če se zavedata izzivov in groženj, ki jih prinašata tehnologija in prihodnost z roko v roki. Ugotovili smo, da imata obe izbrani družbi vpeljan učnkovit sistem upravljanja s tveganji ter da svoja tveganja učinkovito obvladujeta. Pri tem pa igrajo veliko vlogo vplivi iz zunanjega okolja kot je bil nastop gospodarske krize in vedno nove regulacije. Veliko vlogo igrajo tudi institucije Evropske unije, ki s svojo strategijo predstvljajo izzive v prihodnosti.

Secondary abstract:	In this degree paper we have defined and desribed financial and other risks and the process of risk management. We described a brief overview of mobile operators in the Slovenian and Austrian market and aslo described Telekom Slovenia and A1 Telekom Austria. We have thoroughly defined the risks of selected companies as well as the management of those risks and described the evolution of the risk management process for both companies. In the end we have compared risk management between selected companies and stated challenges of companies and challenges in information and communication. Our goal was to determine whether the selected companies have an integrated risk management system and if the companies aware of the challenges and threats of technology and future. We have found out that both selected companies have an effective integrated risk management system and that their risks are effectively controlled. A big role in all that plays the effects of the external environment, such as the emergence of the economic crises and new regulations. The European Union's institutions also play a big role with their strategy, which presents challenges in the future.
