Abstract

Koordinatna merilna tehnika je v današnjem času postala že standard za nadzor kakovosti v različnih proizvodnih panogah. Različne panoge pomenijo tudi različne produkte, katerih kakovost je treba preverjati. Vsak produkt preverjamo na drugačen način, zato obstaja tudi več vrst koordinatnih merilnih naprav. Na podlagi geometrijskih, materialnih in oblikovnih značilnosti je treba izbrati najprimernejšo. V magistrskem delu so predstavljene trikoordinatne merilne naprave, ki se uporabljajo za preverjanje kakovosti izdelkov. Na osnovi eksperimenta smo primerjali tri tipe trikoordinatnih merilnih naprav. Zanimali so nas meroslovne zmogljivosti, čas meritve in zanesljivost. Na podlagi rezultatov primerjalnih meritev lahko ovrednotimo točnost in zanesljivost merilnih naprav ter podamo priporočila, katero napravo izbrati glede na značilnosti produkta, ki ga je treba izmeriti. Na koncu naloge so predstavljeni ekonomski vidiki prodaje teh naprav in kako bo razvoj industrije v prihodnosti vplival nanje.

Secondary title: Quality assurance of production processes by using coordinate-measuring technique
Secondary abstract: Coordinate measuring technology has become a standard for quality assurance in various production branches. Different industries also mean different products whose quality needs to be checked. Each product is checked in a different way, therefore there are several different types of coordinate measuring machines. Based on geometric, material and design characteristics, it is necessary to choose the appropriate machine. The master thesis talks about three-coordinate measuring machines that are used to check the quality of products. Based on the experiment, we compared three types of three-coordinate measuring machines. We focused on metrological capacities, measurement time and reliability. Based on the results of comparative measurements, the accuracy and reliability of measuring machines can be evaluated, and recommendations are given on which device to choose according to the characteristics of the product that is being measured. At the end of the thesis, the economic position of selling these devices is presented and how the future will affect them.
