Abstract

V diplomskem delu je prikazano konstruiranje orodja za brizganje gume (EPDM 70) od začetne ideje do končnega izdelka. Orodje je bilo potrebno skonstruirati tako, da je preprosto in varno za delavca, ki z njim upravlja, obenem pa je bilo potrebno zagotoviti vse dimenzijske in tehnične pogoje ter paziti na možnost izdelave orodja. Samo orodje je sestavljeno iz 4 plošč in jedra s pripadajočimi oblikovnimi vložki. Prikazana je tudi računalniška simulacija tečenja gume, s pomočjo katere je bilo izdelano vakuumiranje orodja, s katerim smo rešili težavo zračnih mehurčkov.

Secondary title: Design of a Rubber Injection Molding Tool
Secondary abstract: The graduation part shows the construction of a rubber injection molding tool (EPDM 70) from the initial idea to the final product. The tools were needed to be constructed in a way that is manageable and safe for the worker who operates them while also ensuring all the dimensional and technical requirements and being aware of the powerfulness constructing the apparatus. The tools themselves are made of 4 plates and a core with belonging shaping inserts. In continuation is shown the computer simulation of how the rubber is running, with the help of which the vacuuming tools were created, helping us solve the problem of air bubbles.
