Abstract

Motivacija je nekaj, kar mnogi ljudje in organizacije uspešno izvajajo in uporabljajo, (pre)pogosto pa se to zelo premalo izkorišča. Biti motiviran – ko se počutiš dobro ob tem kar počneš in zagnano zreš v nove izzive – je osebna prvina, znati motivirati pa sposobnost, ki lahko v poslu izjemno koristi. Motiviranost za delo na projektih ob vzporedni motiviranosti za delo na »rednem«, praviloma kontinuiranem delu, pa sta dva pojma, ki ju je zelo težko povezati in hkratno dosegati. In prav to je bistvo tega diplomskega projekta – poiskati načine, kako zaposlene v podjetju AJM okna-vrata-senčila, d.o.o., motivirati, da bi še bolj aktivno, učinkovito in zavzeto sodelovali na različnih projektih, ob tem, da zaradi narave dela in poslovanje tega podjetja hkrati še s podobno mero učinkovitosti in zavzetosti opravljajo tudi svoje kontinuirane naloge.

Secondary abstract:	Motivation is what many people and organisations successfully perform and use, (too) often, however, its full potential is not taken advantage of. To be motivated, i.e. to feel good with what one does and to eagerly take on new challenges, is a personal virtue. The ability to motivate people is a very useful capability in business. The motivation for working on projects along with a parallel motivation to carry out the “regular”, mainly ongoing work are two notions that are very difficult to combine and reach simultaneously. This is the main topic of this thesis – how to find ways to motivate the employees of the company AJM windows-doors-shades,d.o.o., so that their participation in different projects is more active, effective and enthusiastic, and they, at the same time, due to the very nature of the work and the business activities of the company, perform their ongoing tasks with a similar level of efficiency and enthusiasm.
