Abstract

V diplomski nalogi so na kratko opisani postopki preoblikovanja pločevine, nato pa podrobneje proces upogibanja pločevine in K - faktor. K – faktor je pomemben parameter pri upogibanju, ki ima zelo velik vpliv na razvito mero dolžine izdelka. V diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni analitični in eksperimentalni rezultati, dobljeni z upoštevanjem različnih K – faktorjev ter vpliv le-tega na razvito mero dolžine. Izvedeni so bili preizkusi z različnimi vrednostmi K – faktorjev na treh različnih debelinah jekla S355 ter primerjava rezultatov preizkušancev s konstruiranimi izdelki v programu SolidWorks. Ugotovili smo, da so izračunane vrednosti razvite dolžine v veliki meri odvisne od vrednosti K-faktorja.

Secondary title: Experimental and analytical determination of straight length in sheet bending process
Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis firstly briefly describes the processes of metal forming and then it focuses on the process of sheet metal bending and on the K – factor. The K – factor, that has a significant effect on the product’s flat length, is an important parameter in sheet metal bending. This diploma thesis highlights the analytical and experimental results that were obtained in regard to different K – factors and its effect on the flat length. Tests with different values of the K – factors on three various thicknesses of the S355 steel were carried out. Then we compared the results of the subjects with the constructed products in the computer program SolidWorks. We determined that the calculated values of the flat length largely depend on the value of the K – factor.
