Abstract
Z vse hitrejšim razvojem interneta in tehnologij je postalo elektronsko poslovanje podjetij neizbežno, saj jim to prinaša številne prednosti in priložnosti, ki se prikažejo na celotni učinkovitosti poslovanja podjetja. Ena od zelo razširjenih oblik elektronskega poslovanja, katere se poslužuje vse več podjetij v današnjem času, je spletna trgovina. Slednja prinaša spletnim potrošnikom velike ugodnosti, od udobja do cenejših nakupov in lažjega primerjanja cen. Za spletno nakupovanje se odloča čedalje več posameznikov, saj z »učenjem« tovrstnega nakupovanja gradijo zaupanje v spletne trgovine, ki jim omogočajo nakup različnih vrst artiklov ne glede na oddaljenost. Glede na to, da na področju Bele krajine ni velikih nakupovalnih centrov, sem na podlagi lastne raziskave analizirala uporabo spletnega nakupovanja pri Belokranjcih. Raziskava je pokazala, da na področju te regije uporablja tovrstno nakupovanje 78 % anketiranih. Podrobnosti in razlogi za takšen rezultat pa so prikazani v diplomski nalogi.

With fast development of internet technologies, electronic business became imminent for companies. E-business allows them to gain advantage and oportunities, which are visible on efficiency of entire businesss. One of common forms of e-business, which is used by many companies today, is online shop. Online shops bring costumers a lot of benefits, including comfort, cheaper purchase and easier price comparison. There are more and more individuals, who decide to shop online. With this kind of shopping they build trust. Considering the fact, that in the Bela krajina region there are not big shopping malls, I made a survey on people who live in this area. After that I analyzed the results. Analysis shows, that 78 % of people who took my survey use online shopping. Details and reasons are represented in this diploma thesis. |
