Secondary abstract:	Informatization has changed the way citizens reach and interact with public services. An important public service is the public transport, which in Novo mesto has not changed from its traditional form. In this diploma work I will present a web application as a solution, which will enable citizens to have a faster, easier and interactive access to the timetable of public transportation. In the first part of my thesis I describe the existing public transport system in Novo mesto. In the second part I use the current bus transport system and provide it in a form of a web application which I named BusNM.
