Abstract

Tako iz okoljevarstvenega kot tudi iz ekonomskega vidika predstavljajo toplotne izgube, ki uhajajo skozi zunanji ovoj objektov, resen problem. Zato je cilj diplomske naloge ugotoviti, katera debelina toplotne izolacije je najprimernejša za vgradnjo na stanovanjsko hišo. Za ta namen smo na primeru stanovanjske hiše z računalniškim programom Gradbena fizika URSA 4 naredili energetsko analizo za vsako izbrano debelino toplotne izolacije in tako prišli do energijskih lastnosti posameznih scenarijev toplotne zaščite. Na podlagi ugotovljenih koeficientov toplotnih prehodnosti smo izvedli analizo skupnih stroškov v življenjski dobi fasade (LCC-analiza) in tako ugotovili, da je fasada s toplotno izolacijo debeline 18 cm, glede na zdajšnje cene materialov in energije, najbolj rentabilna za vgradnjo.

Secondary abstract: Thus from an environmental as well as from an economic point of view, represent heat loss leaking through the outer shell of building, a serious problem. Therefore the main goal of the thesis is to determine which thermal insulation thickness is most suitable for installation in residential building. For this purpose we made on the case of residential house with the computer program Gradbena fizika URSA 4 energy analysis for each selected thickness of thermal insulation and so come up to energy properties of individual scenarios thermal insulation. Based on the identified coefficients of thermal transmittance, we performed life cycle cost analysis (LCC-analysis) and so identified that the facade with thermal insulation thickness of 18 cm, depending on the current prices of materials and energy, is the most profitable for installation.
