Abstract
S kakovostjo se srečujemo na vsakem koraku, bodisi kot kupec, bralec ali gledalec TV programa bodisi kot proizvajalec ali ponudnik storitev. Z obvladovanjem vsakodnevnega doseganja kakovosti in učinkovitim izvajanjem procesa proizvajanja jo kupcem lahko ponudimo za sprejemljivo ceno, saj nas v nasprotju s splošnim prepričanjem, da vgrajevanje kakovostnejših materialov in delov podraži proizvod, bistveno več stane nekakovost. Šele, ko se vsak posameznik, ki sodeluje v procesu proizvajanja, prepriča o tem in prevzame odgovornost za svoje delo in napake, lahko podjetje stopi na pot stalnega izboljševanja kakovosti, konkurenčnosti, uspešnosti in učinkovitosti. Ključno vlogo pri tem ima menedžment, ki mora sprožiti proces uvajanja pristopov k obvladovanju kakovosti ter poskrbeti, da se iskanje priložnosti za izboljšave nikoli ne prekine. Slovensko podjetje Revoz je začelo uvajati pristope za obvladovanje kakovosti že leta 1990 in se z njihovo pomočjo povzpelo med najuspešnejša podjetja med proizvajalci avtomobilov na svetovni ravni.

Secondary abstract: |
We encounter quality on a daily basis as customers, readers or TV viewers as well as producers or service providers. Due to daily quality management and efficient performance of production process we can offer quality to our customers at an affordable price. In spite of general belief that installing materials and parts of higher quality increases the price of the product, we believe that poor quality would make us pay much higher price. In a company, it is essential that an individual who takes part in the production process realizes this fact and assumes the responsibility for his actions and mistakes. It is only then the company is able to stay on the path of continuous progress while constantly improving its competitive position, performance and successful operation. As for attaining quality, a crucial role is performed by company's management by introducing a quality management method in order to make sure that the search of new possibilities for improvement never stops. The Slovenian company Revoz has started introducing quality management approaches as early as in 1990. Using the quality management method the company became on of the most successful companies among global car manufacturers. |
