Abstract

V diplomskem projektu predstavimo kaj je organizacija, cilji organizacije, ter kakšne vrste organizacij poznamo. Nato podrobneje predstavimo organizacijsko strukturo in organizacijsko shemo in spoznamo vrste organizacijskih struktur. Kasneje predstavimo lastnosti organizacijske strukture, ter njene dejavnike. Predstavimo podjetje COMTRADE D.O.O., kjer spoznamo nekatere njegove dejavnike v organizacijski strukturi.

Then in detail, we present the organizational structure and the organizational scheme and understand the types of organizational structures. Later we present the characteristics of the organizational structure, and its factors. We present COMTRADE D.O.O., where we recognize some of its factors in the organizational structure.
