Abstract

Osrednja tema magistrskega dela je določitev vpliva trdnostno heterogenega zvarnega spoja na hitrost rasti razpoke v zvaru iz mikrolegiranega jekla NIOMOL 490K. V nalogi so obravnavani parametri in ostali dejavniki, ki vplivajo na hitrost rasti razpoke na zvarnem spoju iz jekla NIMOL 490K skozi različna področja zvara. Hitrost rasti razpoke bo izmerjena v trdnostno močnejših varkih zvarnega spoja in v varkih, ki so trdnostno šibkejši. Posebna pozornost pa bo posvečena hitrosti širjenja razpoke na mejah trdnostno neenakih varkov, ko se razpoka širi iz enega dela materiala vara v drugi del vara, ki trdnostno ni enak. Napake vodijo do trdnostne neenakosti, kar se močno odraža na mehanskih lastnostih zvarnega spoja. V svojem delu bom torej raziskal hitrost širjenja razpoke, ki je podana s Parisovo krivuljo v logaritemskem diagramu da/dN (hitrost širjenja) v odvisnosti od števila nihajev ΔN oziroma razpona faktorja intenzitete napetosti ΔK. S pomočjo Parisove krivulje bom torej lahko najbolje opisal rast utrujenostne razpoke, in sicer s pomočjo faktorja intenzitete napetosti ΔK ter ostalih materialnih parametrov.

Secondary title: Influence of mismatch weld joint on fatigue crack growth on micro-alloyed high strength steel
Secondary abstract: The main topic of my Master Thesis is to determine the influence of mismatch weld joint on fatigue crack growth on micro-alloyed high strength steel NIOMOL 490K. With determination of parameters of Paris curve on welded joint I will be able to observe the behaviour of crack growth through different areas of welded joint. The speed of growth will be measured in fields with higher strength and also in the welds with lower material strength in welded joint. I will focus on the bordering areas between higher and lower strength material and by that determine specific crack growth properties. Cracks are common weld defects that lead to strength dissimilarities. Results are deteriorated mechanical properties of welded joints. In my Thesis I will record the speed of the crack growth, determined by Paris curve in logarithmic diagram depending on the number of cycles/the range of the stress intensity factor ΔK.
