Abstract

Zavarovanje informacij v današnjem času postaja vse bolj zahtevnejše delo. Zaradi vrednosti informacij so le-te postale tarče različnih in številnih posameznikov in skupin. V zdravstvu se pogosto srečujemo z občutljivimi osebnimi podatki, ki so ozko povezani s posameznikom. V nalogi se osredotočamo na izzive zavarovanja zdravstvenih informacij, ki so se pojavili z uvedbo različnih sodobno informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologij. Skozi nalogo poskušamo ugotoviti, kako zavarovane so zdravstvene informacije, katere so nove tehnologije, ki so se uvedle v zdravstvo, katere so prednosti in pomanjkljivosti teh tehnologij, kako se na pravni podlagi regulira zavarovanje zdravstvenih informacij, možna tveganja in grožnje ter tehnike zavarovanja zdravstvenih informacij.

Secondary abstract:	Securing information in today age has become very complicated work. Because of value of sensitive personal data, they have become target of many different individuals and groups. In healthcare we are facing with very sensitive personal information, that are closely connected with a person. In this paper we are focusing on challenge of securing health information, that arise from implementing modern information communication technology. During research we will try to find out how health information are secured, what are the new technologies that were implemented in healthcare, what are advantages and disadvantages of same technologies, what are the legal act of regulating health information, possible risks and threats and techniques of securing health information.
