Abstract

Ne obstaja literatura, ki bi celovito predstavila življenjski cikel samomazalnega sintranega ležaja. S pregledom starejše in novejše literature smo zbrali celoten postopek od pridobivanja kovinskih prahov do delovanja samomazalnih sintranih ležajev. Ugotovili smo, da je glavna prednost samomazalnih sintranih ležajev poroznost, zaradi česar ne potrebujemo zunanjega dovajanja maziva. Ugotovili smo tudi, da je razmere med ležajem in tečajem zelo težko opisati, zato moramo za razumevanje delovanja ležajev izvesti čim več eksperimentov; za natančen opis razmer moramo poznati profil površine na mikroskali.

Secondary title: Properties of self-lubricating sintered bearings
Secondary abstract: There is no literature that would present the whole life cycle of a self-lubricating sintered bearing. By examination of an older and newer literature, we gathered the whole procedure from the production of a metal powder to the operation of self-lubricating sintered bearing. We found out that the main advantage of self-lubricating sintered bearings is a porosity, which allows us not to use an external lubrication. We also found out that it is very hard to describe the conditions between a bearing and a journal; we have to conduct some experiments if we want to understand what happens during the operation of a bearing. For exact description of conditions, we have to know the profile of a surface on a microscale.
