Abstract

Cilj diplomskega dela je bil izdelava in razvoj delovne interaktivne montažne mize, ki pomaga operaterju v industriji pri sestavi izdelka in ga tako vodi skozi proces montaže. Opravljen je bil pregled že obstoječih tovrstnih sistemov in na podlagi le-teh se je rodila zamisel o izboljšanju in nadgraditvi takšnega sistema. Sistem, opisan v diplomskem delu, se razlikuje od obstoječih sistemov in sicer v uporabi novejših tehnologij, kot so zasloni na dotik, relativno novih mikrokrmilnikih s funkcijo brezžične povezave ter drugačnih pristopih pri oblikovanju konstrukcije interaktivne montažne mize. Pri tem je vredno omeniti, da je celoten voden proces montaže, voden skozi monitor na dotik.

Secondary title: Development and implementation of a system for interactive management of a assembly processes
Secondary abstract: The aim of the bachelor’s work was the development and production of a working interactive assembly table, which helps the operator in the industry, in the composition of the product and thus leads it through the assembly process. An overview of already existing systems of this type was carried out, and on the basis of these, the idea of improving and upgrading such a system was born. The system described in the thesis is different from existing systems and is shown in newer technologies such as touch screens, relatively new microcontrollers with wireless connectivity and different approaches in designing an interactive assembly table. It is worth mentioning that the entire guided assembly process is shown through a touch monitor.
