Abstract

V današnjem času so spremembe stalnica. Za uspešno obvladovanje sprememb v informacijskih sistemih je potrebno vzpostaviti formalni in sistematični postopek procesa upravljanja sprememb. Postopek upravljanja sprememb v farmacevtski industriji mora zadostiti vsem predpisanim zakonskim zahtevam, slediti mednarodnim standardom in upoštevati priporočila dobrih praks. V magistrski nalogi smo izdelali dokumentacijsko predlogo vpeljave spremembe v informacijski sistem v farmacevtski industriji na podlagi teoretičnih izhodišč okvira COBIT 5, ITIL, družine standardov ISO/IEC 20000 in zakonodajnih zahtev. Z dokumentacijsko predlogo smo opredelili namen upravljanja sprememb, področje uporabe, ključne izraze, prednosti, vloge in odgovornosti, različne politike, delovanja v primeru odstopanja, opredelili smo dejavnike uspeha, kazalnike uspešnosti ter prikazali delovne procese s pomočjo diagramov poteka.

Secondary abstract: Nowadays it is important to accept the fact that the changes are a constant. In order to successfully manage changes in information systems, it is necessary to establish a formal and systematic approach for change management. In the pharmaceutical industry change management has to comply with legal requirements, follow international standards and the recommendations of best practices. In the master's thesis we prepared a documentation template of a change implementation in the information system in the pharmaceutical industry based on the theoretical background of the COBIT 5, ITIL, family of standards ISO/IEC 20000 and regulatory requirements. The document template of a change implementation defines the purpose of change management, scope, key terms, advantages, roles, responsibilities, different policies, action in case of deviation, success factors, performance indicators and demonstrates work processes through flowcharts.
